Ryukyu is a name of ancient Kingdom archipelago in the edge of south part of Japan. Many island here but the bigger one is Okinawa. We lived in Nishihara city for 3 years since 2003 up to 2006.
Okinawa is prominent as tropical climate in Japan and become a source of tropical agricultural product in Japan. Okinawa has beautiful beach because there is no long river. Beach is white and clear present interesting scene for someone who want to spend his time near the sea.
